Spending a few days alone with my kids, so didn't have the opportunity to train, but finally is was time to hit the iron.

2,12 km interval - 09,15 min. incl. one f***ing steep hill.

1,43 km "normal" running,

0,75 km run home.

Pretty good actually. The time on the interval almost equals to the time a ran the 2,4 km maxtest at school, which was around 9,30-9,40 min. Nice.

Interval running.

1,75 km warmup.

Hillsprints:

5 x 100 meter - Times between 29-32 sec. 1 minute "rest" (running downhill) between intervals.

5 x 140 meter - Interval ending with stairs. Times between 39-42 sec. 1,20 min "rest" between intervals.

1,3 km run home.

Btw, this is where I run my hillsprints with stairs. It's at the Frederiksberg Castle in Frederikberg Gardens in Copenhagen. Pretty nice surroundings, acutally :)
