The plan Branch and Farah have, is to make everyone else look fat on stage at the O. They said something like that in some interview earlier this year.

^ Forearm, Lats and that area immediately above his elbow, close to tricep's long head... seems to be that odd condition some top BBers have had in the past too... seems like an early onset of spot-muscle-wasting..."plumboism"!!! Anyways his trainings videos kick ass of all other training videos!

Just read on "another" forum that he suffered a leg injury at MetroFlex and was rushed-via ambulance- to the emergency room. Anyone knows if this is true? If so, that is terrible as he, IMHO, was one of three contenders t the Jay Crown.

Ok...the same forum is now saying that he was in Atlanta, Ga. and slipped on wet pavement while getting into a car. Supposedly he heard a snap on one of his legs. He was taken to the hospital but released. Pakiman....check your source, please. Someone is yanking my leg and I do not mean either of the ones I use for walking...:-(

Muscular Development Editor in Chief Steve Blechman has
been in contact with Warren and has learned these latest details:

Warren was in Atlanta for a guest posing appearance.
He was in a parking lot and attempting to step into his car.
The pavement was slick and his left foot slipped out from under him.

He fell onto his left leg and heard/felt a "SNAP" from his left knee/quad area.
He was immediately taken to an Atlanta hospital for testing.

He has been released from the hospital and is now trying to catch a "redeye"
flight back to Texas to meet with his team of doctors at the Baylor hospital.

Mr. Blechman says that Warren is "upbeat" about
the injury and its potential ramifications. Blechman will personally be
contacting Warren throughout the night and throughout the week for any more updates.

We will be posting more updates on Branch Warren's injury
as more information becomes available.

****! that sucks! he was on track big time, i was really interested in seeing the package he brings and hopefully he recovers well enought to compete, 4 weeks off training his legs may not be too bad considering his leg genes....

Either Branch is the clumsiest bodybuilder in the history of the sport or he injures himself because of his bad form and people try to cover for him.

From another forum:

Doctors at Baylor Hospital in Texas diagnosed Branch Warrens leg injury as a torn quad tendon in his left leg. Warren will have surgery Monday morning. Doctors expect him to recover 100% and be able to return to the stage to defend the Arnold Classic title in March 2012.

"Branch is upbeat and relieved that he will be competing again in just seven months time," said Muscular Development Editor in Chief Steve Blechman who spoke to Warren after the diagnosis. "Branch is a fighter," said Blechman. "He will recover from this just like he recovered from his tricep injury. Its great news that he will be so soon after such a potentially devastating setback."

Well.....there goes some of the excitement at the Olympia.

Flexonline has also confirmed that Branch is out from the O! Sad but it seems to be reality.

To bad Branch is gone from 2011 Olympia, but this opens the door even more for the top 5 =)
