Nice meals u got there mate. Btw Does anyone ever feel sick and feel like they can't think straight if they eat chocolate? Because I think i have alergies to that shit. I'd eat it once then would be fucked for 2 weeks straight , feeling like my brain shrunk and lost the words all the time. So far since that chocolate bar i've eaten but healthy food and I think much clearer

Has to do with the chemicals of some sort in the food, especially junk food has all those additives.

Pickle: haha! ye man, im used to forcefeeding myself. i weighed 60 kg when i started working out, and i think ive expanded my stomach considerable since then and im pretty used to eating alot now. especially the tuna is hard to get down, but i usually just flush most of my meals down with water. chew and flush, no taste:p

Tonka: cant say ive noticed that myself! i love chocolate lol. favourite cheat food along with burger king:p

Anabolicus: oh i know ur right up there with me on the squats. gotta keep working hard!:D i only do front squats for low reps now, so kinda hard to say where my regular squat 1rm is. but the most ive done is 190 kg for a single rep decent depth=)


today i did some guerilla cardio. tomorrow will be the first deload session in the last week of cycle nr 3. getting ready for cycle nr 4. thanks for the support guys!

Princevegeta: haha! u know i used to add fat alot more easily myself before, but the more muscle ive gained the more effective my metabolism has become. its not that cool having to eat until ure nauseous in order to gain weight though. but ye, it is better than eating a doughnut and get fat overnight lol.

Anabolicus: ye but u gotta remember this is some time ago, and was during a period where i squatted twice a week, and worked up to heavy singles, doubles and triples. now though, i only front squat for low reps, and ive basically just squatted as an accessory exercise. so i doubt i am at 190 atm. probably more like 180 tbh.

ye i didnt go any lighter on the shrugs;P i actually upped the weight from last session. thing is my grip fails, thats the reason why i cant go higher than 130 kg lol:tear:

Hey bulk boy great workout there, got a question. Why do you do higher reps for your shoulder exercises with dumbells?

Tonka: thanks dude. the reason why i go higher on db lateral raises is 1) its an isolation movement, and an assistance exercise and im not conserned with lifting ungodly amounts of weights on it.

2) ive always felt my delts responded better to higher reps and blood volume anyway. same as with my quads. i think research has also shown that the delts often have more slow twitch fibers, that make em respond more favourably to higher reps.

Ironheart: thanks buddy! my grip has improved, but its not good enough yet. i got up to deadlifting 180 kg for reps without straps. the thing was though, that i was using an over/under grip. now i have switched back to the double overhand grip and that makes deads harder. but still, id say its gotten better.

sooo, yesterday i did some hill sprints for cardio. in love with HIIT atm. i did like 6 laps of hill sprints. and then 2 100 m laps on flat soil, walked in between the laps. almost puked at the end actually:omgwtf: was hard, as im not used to such intensity in my cardio.
