Anabolicus: oh i know ur right up there with me on the squats. gotta keep working hard! i only do front squats for low reps now, so kinda hard to say where my regular squat 1rm is. but the most ive done is 190 kg for a single rep decent depth=)
Nice deload sessions mate, although the shrugs are still heavy- from my perspective anyways! lol Looking forward for your next cycle man!
ye i didnt go any lighter on the shrugs;P i actually upped the weight from last session. thing is my grip fails, thats the reason why i cant go higher than 130 kg lol
