Awesome cardio you've done. Sweet pullups too mate and a great number of reps for push-ups considering your weight.

thanks bro:D ye i quite liked it. had an incredible pump in my legs, and it felt good to change things up abit and letting my body rest from the heavy squats.

haha, im quite looking forward to the next cycle myself. weights are getting heavy now, and it will be interesting to see how im handling those heavy worksets.

Prince: thanks bro:2:

Finngasolin: hehe, ye this cycle its really getting serious.

jonathan: me tooxD

Xiva: ye u know, the front squats in week 3 are getting me kinda worried:ughnoes: sounds like an awful lot of weight in a movement i consider being the hardest of them all. seriously, going from front to back squats feels like a breeze. the front squat really is a technically challenging lift. and it requires alot of focus. but i do love it. its really tearing up my lower body, without me feeling anything in my hips or lower back. definetely my favourite movement for legs.

FSQ is a really nice exercise, for sure!

I like to switch between OL squats and FSQ, i really helped me to get some kilo'
s at the barbell the last 2 month :)

(My grip still suck in FSQ)
- Which grip do you use? WL?

thanks guys, and xiva. ive used the crosshand grip for awhile, but recently switched to the clean grip, as i have trouble keeping the bar on my shoulder when using the crosshand grip. granted the clean grip hurts my wrists. but i think its poor flexibility more than anything:)

ok guys first session in cycle 4. it was a winner.

5/3/1: Cycle 4: Week 1: Day 1:

Pullups:

mex15overhand
mex12overhand
mex10overhand
mex9underhand
mex8underhand

Military press:

2 warmup sets

60kgx5
67.5kgx5
77.5kgx8 (felt easy and like i could have done 1-2 more, guess the deload did the trick)

Close grip bench press:

1 warmup set

85kgx10
85kgx8
85kgx8

Pushdowns:

40kgx14 straight bar
35kgx12 rope

Dips:

mex24

Diamond pushups:

mex18

Chest supported db rows:

30kg'sx19
30kg'sx17
30kg'sx15

V-bar pulldowns:

70kgx12
70kgx12

Lat pullovers:

30kgx23

job done.

thanks buddy. ye i felt like changing things around alittle. the pullups warms up my upper body really good, and get the blood going in my upper back which i feel is an advantage when i start the presses. so basically i do pullups first now on both MP day and bench day.

Impressive MP, but the pull up is impressive as well :)

I really like that you do more pronated grip that supinated. Not many people can do that :p
