did abs and grip in the end. some situps supersetted with the plank for abs and then some pinch grip plate holds for grip:)

Lance: thanks as always mate! my grip is decent i guess. i do as many sets as possible with overhand grip without straps, then i use em when i feel the grip starts limiting me:)

Anabolicus: hehe, looking forward to see how many reps i can get with 187.5 kg next week!:D i dunno about other training schemes. im gonna stick this 5/3/1 template out until i stop progressing or just get really tired of it. it really is a long term program so i see no reason to change so soon. prolly gonna stay on for atleast another 6 months!

Good round bro!

I'm thinking about starting to train my grip too as well. Hopefully i can get some COC for christmas :)

Xiva: thanks buddy:2: ye training ur grip is definetely an investment. not only does it help ur overall strenght. its also gonna improve ur forearms:2:

ok. today was off from the weights. did some cardio though. first 10 minutes walking on the treadmill, then HIIT. 400 m sprints. 3 of em. rest between was walking at a pretty fast pace. was completely shot afterwards. after the final lap, i walked at an high incline for another 10 minutes. then did some cooldown and walking at highest incline for calves, before stretching out my calves, thighs and ancles.

tomorrow is bench day. looking forward to hitting that as i missed it last week. little worried about my strenght but we will see. until then guys:2:

hehe, thing is i did a deload week on the bench before i got sick last week. so basically its been 3 weeks since the last time i benched heavy. im not worried ill have lost alot, but i might miss a rep or two. but time will tell. im gonna give it all i got. thanks for the support mate:tiphat:
