i know i havent been posting at all for the last week, this is because of internet limitations.

here though is the highlights of the 3rd week in the 4th cycle.

Military press: 5 reps with 85kg

Deadlift: 8 reps with 187.5 kg

Bench press: 4 reps with 125 kg

Front squat: 3 reps with 140 kg

quite pleased. right now im deloading, and prolly wont be posting any sessions until ive calculated and started the 5th cycle. take care everyone and train hard!:2:

1)standing shoulder press:

week 1: 3 sets of 5 reps with: (62.5 kg) (70 kg) and (80 kg+)
week 2: 3 sets of 3 reps with: (65 kg) (75 kg) and (82.5 kg+)
week 3: 3 sets of 5/3/1 with: (70 kg) (80 kg) and (87.5 kg+)
week 4: 3 sets of 5 reps with: (42.5kg) (50kg) and (60 kg)


1) Deadlift:

week 1: 3 sets of 5 reps with: (135 kg) (155 kg) and (175 kg+)
week 2: 3 sets of 3 reps with: (145 kg) (165 kg) and (182.5 kg+)
week 3: 3 sets of 5/3/1 with: (155 kg) (175 kg) and (192.5 kg+)

ok guys. time for an update. last few days ive only been doing cardio. mountain running. getting quite alright at it now. but today was devoted to weight training. im done in the army and back home now. was alot of stress with turning in equipment etc before i left, so little time for weight training and logging. feels good to be back into it.
