i know i havent been posting at all for the last week, this is because of internet limitations.
here though is the highlights of the 3rd week in the 4th cycle.
Military press: 5 reps with 85kg
Deadlift: 8 reps with 187.5 kg
Bench press: 4 reps with 125 kg
Front squat: 3 reps with 140 kg
quite pleased. right now im deloading, and prolly wont be posting any sessions until ive calculated and started the 5th cycle. take care everyone and train hard!
