Treadmill Walk: (basically, tradmill on highest incline possible, squeezing the calfs on every rep)

5 minutes at 5km/h, calves were so pumped i couldnt stand up:ughnoes:

finished off with abs. alot of situps supersetted with 2 minutes of the plank.

ok, that was the end of week 2. have a good weekend guys:2:


oh, and i also measured my legs and calves at the end of the session. legs were 72 cm or 28.5 inches. calves were 46 cm or 18 inches. basically my legs have grown 3-4 cm and my calves have grown 2 cm since the last time i measured. motivating:)

Damn terrific PB on front squats and then you followed that up with reg and pausing at the bottom, with that weight-mad bastard lol.

Oh wheels are huge and calves! thanks for converting as well to inches :p

thanks lance!=) ye those paused squats were killer. that video with PJ braun inspired me to give them a go. fun trying some new things once in awhile.

brutal leg session buddy. front squats are getting very strong, a bit too strong actually, a bit intimidating. and good effort on the OL squats as well. keep up the good work buddy, just slow down a bit :p
