Good press/pull equivalent strength, bench and rows are almost matching up in repsxsetsxload...and chins are impressive considering your body weight.

Do you have plans for competing in bodybuilding Bulk?

I have an hard and huge trip to go near those lifts but i will put an extra effort.

sorry i missed your last couple of sessions man, been a little busy with uni work :omgwtf:

Last session was great. Pressing strength is getting better than last week :2: heavy rows and great chinning. Looking forward to that wheel sesh tomorrow mate :)

Do you have plans for competing in bodybuilding Bulk?

I want to compete at some point for sure. there are very few shows going on in norway though, and no tested shows which sucks. but ill just have to see. i need to bring up my physique more i feel before im ready to compete.
