But i think some variation would be good for you, been doing regular benchpress and militarypresses for a while now?

It is the 8th cycle and you did manage to make the rep goal so you're still doing pretty well! Its probably time to reset your maxes methinks. Finish off the cycle and then work out your new maxes from your PRs. I think you've done pretty well with 5/3/1 so a change of program is hardly called for. As the bible says "Follow the Lord Wendler and thy guns shall be strong and thy wheels shall be beastly". Amen.

actually, that is not a bad idea. i really have been doing regular bench and mp for a long ass time. i think ill take ur advice. swapping bench for CG bench and MP for seated bb press. thanks:2:

good session buddy. it's good to switch things up when you stagnate on an exercise. good CG pressing, wont be long until you'll rep out on 120kg.

Sweet deadlifts last session buddy, and glad you swapped round the reg bench for CG. That is some mighty CG pressing strength right there mate. :)
