thanks rob. ye the weights are getting quite heavy for me now. gonna adjust the MP and possibly bench weight next cycle though:)

here is the 215 kg for 3 reps set. filmed way too close so u cant see the weights, and the music is horrible i know. but it is what it is.

Assistance work:

rows, floor presses, tricep extensions and curls.

powerfull pressing there buddy. i hope the CG bench will help you improve your regular bench press.
