Good job on the cardio, too :hsughup: The reason I always recommend at least 20 minutes of cardio is it's what has always been recommended to me and from personal experience I get much better results from doing at least 25 minutes of running. That, and it was confirmed somewhat by this study that Ironslave put up; there's not a whole lot of EPOC below the 20 minute mark unless you're doing some seriously intense cardio.

2 huge sessions. Loads of work and good weight too - upping the reps on the exercises and still cramming the cardio in too. Great energy.

Nice workout heavy deads, good call on them too, my lower back developed so fucking much thanks to them, also deadlifts build your whole physique pretty well in general. Nice job on chins as well, heavy rows and shrugs. Looking strong as always Bulk

Serb:thx man:) im feeling pretty good, my sleeping pattern is a bit better now and i have upped my carbs a little so i have more overall energy:) the cutting is going very well actually, my waist is down 2,5 inches and i havent lost any strenght or muscle so far, i think...

Rocky: yeah! that was an awesome session indeed, not gonna make it a part of my routine though as it will certainly trigger overtraining, but it was good as a shocker:D

here are some new pics for u guys:food-snacking: feeling pretty good my legs have actually grown half an inch since i started cutting, lol but i have lost a centimeter on my arms though, but im feeling better now, my cardiovascular form is better so its all good, gonna continiue cutting til the end of august, then ill start bulking again. right now my waist is down 2,5 inches so that helps alot in the back shots as u can c, my weight as of right now is 87 kg at my 5,8 frame. main priorities are now chest and arms, thats where im putting my focus on til summer:D need to bring up calves to, but that will come later...
