Turkish 1530: awesome to hear that from a guy like u, cuz i know what weights u are throwing around as to ur question. Personally i most definetely feel that smith squats are better for me, atleast when it comes to my quads, i can focus more on contracting them and i just feel them alot better than regular squats. I dont have to worry bout balanse and shit, just about really squeezing the quad muscles. For me it has been working tremendously...

Sorry I missed your pics a couple days ago. You're doing well on your cut. Legs are massive, cant wait till they start getting more seperated. Good job man, keep it up.
Serb: thx alot bro, yeah i normally do just 4-5 exercices before im a wreck, but this time i just had all this energy inside me, and i decided to pump up the volume
Paulie: no problem man, cool that u are checking in now, appreciate it yeah i cant wait for the leg separation myself, im willig to sacrifice alot of mass on them for getting cuts on them, just gotta keep running and eating clean
bb4life: cool to hear that u like my log, thx alot for that buddy, it motivates me u know im 17 years old btw, i turn 18 in august
Turkish1530: thx brother, it took me about 80 minutes to finish it all, i was moving pretty fast between sets though, trying to rest less on many of my movements to keep my metabolism elevated
