Impressive volume matey, especially on the bench and pulllups.

thanks freako. was actually hoping for 10 reps on the first 4 sets of the pullups, but i guess my ass is just too fat nowadays:49:

i was happy with the total number of reps though, did 50 last week and got 52 this week, so i guess its ok:)

hehe, the squats actually got me breathing as i went for higher reps and little rest inbetween sets today. no failure or close sets though. the deads were light, very light and i did em touch and go. but as ive said, deads is something im gonna take it easy on for awhile;P

does seem like a bludgey session for you tho lets see some bulk boy lifts in ur next session not pickle lifts

HUGE volume you did in your upper body sesh. I don't know how you get thru that workout.

Lower body workout I can tell you been taking it easy. Get back to your poundage otherwise i'm leaving this log!

thing is, this lower session was according to the normal standard. heavy squats is something i had already done this week, so u wont see much heavier weights next week:D

anyways, i hope ure not as negative to the upper session ill be doing later todayxD

huge session bulky. a lot of exercises you went through there. solid bench pressing, repping out the weight. also very good bb rows, especially doing them after the pullups. keep up the good work buddy.

thanks man:) ye i was going more for hypertrophy in my chest work today. keeping my reps around 8-10. next session ill do heavier presses. keep checking in fellow norseman:2:

pretty good workout there repping 100 and the 40 in the incline thats pretty insane and let´s not for get the rowing is awesome
