Huge session there bulky! Strong pressing and incredible barbell rows. Oh and those barbell curls are extremely heavy. Nice job man :D

that was it. great session for me today, felt great from the start, and got a new pb. my spotter said the depth was excellent on both the 180 and 185 kg set, and that i should have gone for 190. however im saving that for a later occasion as i felt pretty beat after the 185 rep:)

Volume is what built me:) always felt like i had to work harder than most people in the gym anyway, also i do think i have great recovery abilities, and with my current calorie intake i can handle it. not saying this training is the only way, but its working good for me now, feel like im progressing on a weekly basis, and im having fun in the gym which is what its all about. for me it was never fun leaving the gym in 30 minutes. i like training, and doing alot of sets.

thats it for today:2: session was ok, nothing special, wasnt quite there mentally today unfortunately and the presses felt heavier than they should have. weights were ok though, and the pullups felt really good today, so all in all im glad i got to the gym atleast.

Great job man. Those bench presses are awesome and then you followed it up with some cgb. Good stuff.

And you should carry on doing skullcrushers the way you did em today. best way, all the stress is on the tri's!
