Flex: well, when i dieted down somewhat last year, the separation was there but not extremely prominent. i obviously didnt diet down to the point of stepping on stage. i was at like 8% bf. so when i diet down the next time itll be exciting to see. thanks for checking in dude

did cardio today. morning cardio on an emtpy stomach. walked fast/jogged up on a mountain. its not high above sealevel. only like 300 meters, but its almost straight up all the way so it was brutal as helltook me about 50 minutes up and down.
