Flex: well, when i dieted down somewhat last year, the separation was there but not extremely prominent. i obviously didnt diet down to the point of stepping on stage. i was at like 8% bf. so when i diet down the next time itll be exciting to see. thanks for checking in dude

did cardio today. morning cardio on an emtpy stomach. walked fast/jogged up on a mountain. its not high above sealevel. only like 300 meters, but its almost straight up all the way so it was brutal as hell took me about 50 minutes up and down.
