mvsf1: haha, i got them implanted:keke: thanks for commenting dude.

El freako: thanks mate, legs have always been a strong point, but after i started front squatting and squatting narrower, i think my outer sweeps have become even more pronounced, which offc is desireable to get that x-frame we all want.

big guns: not swole enough!!:D

Pickle: thanks heaps bro, really means alot that u think ive got what it takes to make an impact on stage. i may compete sometime next year when im done in the army and can focus more on my diet. problem is theres not many shows in norway, and the few that are here are not tested, which means i as a natty prolly will get lost in the crowd. still i would like to step on stage even just for the experience of it, so we will see.

Chadcruz: thanks bro:2: although im nowhere near where i want to be. still alot of work to be done, but things seem to be going well atm.

thanks for all the comments guys. i now have 4 days off before the next training cycle. these 4 days will be spent just doing cardio and relaxing, and also calculating the numbers ill be using for the next cycle. until then, take care and thanks for all the support:tiphat:

Bulk, how do those quads look when they're lean? Is the separation good?

Princevegeta: thanks dood:tiphat:

Flex: well, when i dieted down somewhat last year, the separation was there but not extremely prominent. i obviously didnt diet down to the point of stepping on stage. i was at like 8% bf. so when i diet down the next time itll be exciting to see. thanks for checking in dude:)

tkD: haha, dont get too carried away here:D thanks bro:2:

co05: im glad u approve:keke: lol, thanks for commenting dude=)

did cardio today. morning cardio on an emtpy stomach. walked fast/jogged up on a mountain. its not high above sealevel. only like 300 meters, but its almost straight up all the way so it was brutal as hell:ugh: took me about 50 minutes up and down.

your quads some how grew larger? Is that possible? Question Mark.

When is the next time you're dieting anyway?

hehe, thanks clint. i dont know how much bigger theyve actually gotten. but offc, my bodyweight has increased, so i guess its natural that some of the weight went to my legs aswell.

as for dieting, im thinking 6 more months of bulking, and then ill consider doing a serious diet. it depends on whether i decide to compete or not. if i decide to compete ill diet down hard, if i dont compete, ill do a semi diet, just to get below 10% before continuing bulking.

thanks for checking in clint:2:

Where in Norway are you from? I lived in Bergen for around 6 months and have travelled a fair bit throughout Norway. Absolutely loved it.
There are some excellent mountain trails around Bergen.
