hehe, 130 for 9 is great man, u should test ur max again btw, according to the one rep max calculator, ur max should be at 167 kg right now=)

hehe, nah im completely honest when i say that im not hung up in other peoples lifts. there will always be guys much stronger than me, but im doing what i can to improve. im not intending to compete in powerlifting anyways, i wanna compete in natural bbing, and nobody checks ur bench press stats there;)

offc alittle competition among friends is always fun, and ill admit that i do get inspired to push myself when i see u people lift big, so thats a good thing=)

5/3/1: Cycle 2: Week 1: Day 4: Front squats:

Front squats:

3 warmup sets

90kgx5
102.5kgx5
115kgx6

Squats:

140kgx9

Lying leg curls:

50kgx8
50kgx8
50kgx8

did calf and ab work in the end. 4 sets for calves, and 2 sets for abs:2:

that was the first week back after deload and rest. see u guys again on monday:)

thanks lance, was a decent session. wasnt very motivated to squat to day to be honest. but i got in and got it done, so im happy with that:)

Miami: thanks man, ye i was surprised i had as much power for squats as i had after the fronties. they really tore up my quads:D

Pickle: thanks mate:2: hehe, aint so long since i posted pics, but ill see if i can get any up from my training sessions next week:)

Anabolicus: thanks bro:2: they seem to be improving at least:)


today i did cardio, mountain walk/run again. was hard as hell today, because my whole lower body was sore as fuck after yesterdays squat session:/ but still, i managed to set a new pb, got up on that fucking mountain in around 18 minutes which is the best time in awhile. ive done it in around 16.5-17 minutes before, but then i obviously weighed less and was in overall better cardiovascular condition. feels great to be back into decent cardiovascular shape again though. had been neglecting it for way too long. today my breathing felt easier than it has in a long time, only problem was my lower body which was killing me all the way:D
