thanks mate, its going good so far. but im noticing the weights are getting heavier, and im excited to see how 80 kg goes next week on the MP. but as u commented on earlier, i may have started out alittle too conservative on my 1rm's. but still, continuous progress is the most important thing, and as long as im doing enough reps on the last set to make it challenging, and im having fun in the gym its all good:)

thanks man! deads were easy but hard:) weight felt light, but as freako says, anything over 5 reps for deads is killer:ugh: oh and ye grip was fucked, grip was hammered pretty hard yesterday by pulldowns and rows, and the strapless deads and shrugs killed it today, so the grip work was hard:49: still, gotta do work to improve it. feel its getting better for sure.

Prince: barehanded is the way to go:2: i just never thought of straps as lame until recently, for some reason i thought they were ok. but really, if u cant hold a weight u cant fucking lift it either. the more one lets a weak link become weaker the worse it gets. im never going back to using straps on deads.

Ironheart: thanks Iron:2: ye my lower back was pumped to hell after those deads, and by the time the good mornings were finished, i had to lay down:D

co05: thanks mate:) my forearms have ok size actually. mostly from curls and the fact that ive been using grippers alot before. still, that didnt give me the grip strenght to hold heavy weight, but that is about to change:)

i really would like to put up vids, hard to tape though, i train mostly alone. ill look into it:) in any case what would u like me to tape?;)

anyways, i positively assure u though that my form is solid, its my main focus, and one of the reasons why i havent gotten any major injuries during my 4 years of lifting. almost everything is full ROM, and controlled, although i do like speed when i lift. i dont believe in doing movements slow.

nah, ill see what i can do, if i put up vids, its prolly gonna be just main lifts, deads, bench, front squats and MP. and maybe some pullups, if i feel like it.
