hey it's style not sexyness...


lol dont wanna be a total meathead. a big baggy t shirt is comfortable as hell to train in imo:D especially on front squats, cuz i like to have clothing over my shoulders when i rest the bar there, so it doesent slip.

Prince: ah great to hear someone ask about the deadlift instead of the bench:D ill make sure to get up a deadlift video. thats my strongest lift, so its a given:)

form was great bulky good squatting. move that dumbell rack out of the way though. it looks like it could be a **** as u go deeper.

thanks pickle:) actually, it may be hard to see in the video, but i did position myself between the two racks. so hitting it wasnt gonna happend. ive done it before and learned from it;)

Those are some deep squats!


deep is the only way mate=) going as deep as i can manage have done wonders for my hamstrings and glutes, and my knees for that matter.

thanks bro:2: although that last rep was a killer. had to fight myself to not use leg drive and turn it into a push press there.

i would be extremely happy if i could get 110 kg for a rep by the end of this year. a strict smooth rep;)
