did cardio today. 30 minutes on the treadmill. 20 minutes running at 10 km/h on incline setting 6 and then 10 minutes of walking at 7 km/h at incline setting 10.

after that i did some abs. 3 sets of crunches for a total of 150 reps.

felt good=)

Awesome deadlifts for reps man, i know what you mean-anything above 5-6 reps in deads is a fucking killer. Super strong shrugs and strong laterals.

X2 with the vids. Get them up bitch. Not so i can see your form because i know it would be great but it will inspire me to train harder. :2:

Anabolicus: thanks man, i havent done pulldown in along time. but after doing em on monday because the pullup bar broke, i realized they are in actuality a good tool to hit the lats. specially, because the pullup bar i have doesent allow me to do underhand or neutral or behind the neck work, and i like changing up grip and angles. ill stay far away from failure on em and do em after my pullups though.

160 kg for 1 rep;) not 10:D

i know that is a pretty big goal, but i think it can be done. gotta set stakes alittle high. according to the 1rm calculator i should be at 147 kg for 1rm now. and with proper training im thinking 13 kg may be possible. we'll find out:)

hehe, ill do my best buddy:2:

cutting aint gonna happend until im done in the army which is in late december. but ive cleaned up my diet lately(cut out the sugary food) and implemented cardio 2-3 times per week, so the bodyfat has gone down id say, abs are highly visible. think im around 14-15bf% at 95 kg and 175 cm. but a serious structured diet is not an option at the moment as i do not have access to the foods i normally would eat. i eat alot of what i get here which is just regular food like bread and oatmeal, some chicken and fish, and otherwise just normal dinners etc. luckily i do have protein powder and i try to get down a can of tuna a day so im making sure my protein intake is somewhat consistent around 150-200 g a day. my carbs are prolly well over 500 g a day though:D

Awsome session mate :2: Bench is rocking in the house aswell as those rows! Lots of pulldowns! And dayum if you get 160k 1 rep on the bench i may just come to norway with natzo to shake your hand! Go for it man :D When you do, get it on tape.

160k is definitely attainable Bulk. You keep drivin and your gonna get that shit. I am shootin for 450lbs deadlift by years end.
