Miami: Well, i dont consider myself that short. i sure as hell aint tall, but im only slightly below average height. everyones different anyway. im sure u outweighing me by 20-25 kg helps with the deadlift as well;) gotta make the best of what uve been given:2:

Calf and ab work.

ok session, happy with 4 reps with 127.5 as i got only 3 reps with 122.5 at the end of the last cycle. i do feel i need the deload week right now though. gonna take it real easy as i feel my central nervous system have taken a beating lately.

your doing heaps well with all the extra volume you throw in to 5/3/1 enjoy your deload and cut it right back so u can blast it up next week. Props for doing the chins shirtless as well you have good shoulderblade contractions happening. breakfast of champions!

Enjoy your deload indeed. I'm going to have my first deload week starting this monday. Theres gonna be some bad ego-beating lol.

ye, gonna lower the weight drastically, not just on main moves but on assistance moves as well. gonna go for high reps on all my assistance moves(12-20) and stay far away from failure. really need it.

anyways, today was a scheduled off day but i did some cardio and abs.

cardio: ran a 3km in 13 minutes. ran at 14 km/h on incline setting 1.

after that i walked at incline setting 12.5 for 10 minutes, speed was 6 km/h.

finished off with some abs. 2 sets of situps for a total of 150:)

lol, there wont be too many videos in awhile now though. ill try to get up some more vids in week 3 of my next cycle. cuz i may test max lifts then;) hope u keep checking my log regardless:D
