Thanks mexi :) Today was legs.

Legs
Leg extension (1/4 reps for knee rehab) - 5 x 10 Weight - 40 (Increase!)
Leg press (half reps due to knee) - 6 x 15 Weight - 200 (kgs)
Lying leg curls - 3 x 8, 1 x 12 (8,8,8,20) Weight - 12,8 plates (Increase!)
Standing leg curls - 3 x 8, 1 x 12 Weight - 40,30
Standing calf raises - 10 x 10 Weight - 80 (kgs) (Increase!)

I'll increase on the last set of lying leg curls next time, maybe to 9 or 10. Extra 5 sets on the calf raises, yeah buddy :D Nice workout overall, stretched and left in about an hour.

Just hurt it over a period of time with squats and such, it stems from a football injury.

And because people say my logs to hard to read, thought I'd set it out different. Still using no straps or belt, so the deads suffered because of it.

PS EVERYONE I TRAINED WITH CHETICLES TODYA AND IT WAS THE EBST WORKOUT IVE EVER HAD IN MY LIFE
HE COMPLETLY SMASHED ME IN EVERYTHING AND I HAD TROUBLE STAYING UP WITH HIM
