Ok, today was rather hot, and I done legs.

Legs
Leg extension (30 degree angle for knee rehab) - 5 x 10 Weight - 35
Leg press (half reps due to knee) - 6 x 15 Weight - 200 (kgs)
Stiff legged deadlifts - 3 x 8, 1 x 12 Weight - 84,58 (kgs)
Lying leg curls - 3 x 8, 1 x 12 98,8,4 RP 5,12) Weight - 10,8 plates (Decrease)
Seated calf raises - 5 x 10 Weight - 69 (kgs)

I'll go up on the leg exts next week, my knees feeling better, pretty much zero pain today. Dropped back weight on the leg curls, was stuffed after the SLDL's. Good overall, stretched and was gone in 50 mins.

Despite your knees holding you back your stats say that something is working. Plus those regular "increase" appearances aswell mean Chesty is on the up and up.

Just thought I'd note that I'm no longer using straps for anything, except maybe heavy on deads, or a belt either, and I do chins now with noone spotting me, so my grip is further in, and I get less numbers and my form isn't as good lol.

Pull
BB Bent Row - 3 x 8, 1 x 12 Weight - 67,49 (kgs) (Increase!)
Chinups - 4 x failure (4,4,3,2) Weight - bodyweight
Pulldowns - 1 x 12 (15, last 3 w/ spot) Weight - 12 Plates (Increase!)
Ezbar barbell Curl - 3 x 8, 1 x 12 (8,8,10,20) Weight - 60,40 (lbs) (increase!)
Preacher Curl - 3 x 8, 1 x 12 (8,8,8,12) Weight - 8,6 plates (Increase!)

Abs
Decline bench situps - 4 x 25

Cardio
20 mins treadmill (fast walk)
20 mins bike
10 mins eliptical (level 5)

That was that boys and Rocky. Those chins where killer, lats are still sore from it. I'll increase on BB curl next week. Got all the reps on preachers, yeah buddy :D Sweet workout overall, done in 50 - 55 mins.

Very nice me laddo. Very nice. Increases on everything except chins which you're doing with better form so you could call it an increase aswell I suppose.
Good work for not using belt and straps unless absolutely necessary.
I got wood now.

Ok today's session went really well, so here it is.

Push
Incline Dumbell Bench Press - 3 x 8, 1 x 12 (8,8,5,11) Weight - 60,40 (lbs) (Decrease)
Pec Deck (Little One) - 3 x 8, 1 x 12 Weight - 7,5 Plates (Increase!)
Military Press - 3 x 8, 1 x 12 (7,6,5,12) Weight - 130,95 (lbs) (Decrease) & (Increase!)
Close Grip Upright Row - 3 x 8, 1 x 12 Weight - 105,85 (lbs) (Increase!)
Dips - 4 x failure (5,4,3,2) Weight - bodyweight
French Press - 3 x 8, 1 x 12 (8,10,8,9) Weight - 60,60,65,50 (lbs) (Increase!) & (Decrease)

Argh, couldn't get the 12th rep on inclines, I was super pissed about that, I was about 3/4 of the way up and my right arm started givin out. I moved up weight on militarys, but didn't get the reps, I'll try to slowly build up to 8's on them with the 130. Dominated the uprights today, I'll go up again next week aswell, using no straps for these actually increased my lifts, go figure, same for when I done the Bent BB Row on friday. I do normal dips now, not bench dips, so I'll try to build up some reps on them, like with chins. I should of used a 45 instead of a 50 on that last set of frenches to, I shall next week though. I came real close to injuring myself on the frenches to, I failed on 9, and went to bring the weight down but my arm got stuck in an akward position, lucky I was able to let go of the weight, or it would of been bye bye rotator cuff. But anyway, very pleased with today's session. done in around 65 - 70 mins.

ps you dont need a spot in chins to start with, if you can only do 3 then do 3, cause when i have to spot u on them you have a sticking point the whole way lol
give me a call when you want to train with the big boys ;)
ps otherwise good keep going matt you're doing good.
