Still putting in a great performance at the gym each time. And getting the increases still - nice SLDL!

Doing all that cardio after a session is no small thing either.

Dam I'm stuffed lol. Had to hurry alot this workout as I had to be in and out in under an hour, plus I had no spotter for anything, and I usually have one for my last 2 sets on inclines, hence the reason I failed so miserably lol, and the fact I had to take less of a break between sets. Got all my reps out on dips, was happy with that, and went heavier on the frenches to. Good workout overall, done in about 55 mins.

Thanks capt, I was pleasantly suprised with it myself lol. ok today was forearms, abs and cardio.

Forearms
Hammer curls - 3 x 12 Weight - 25 (lbs)
Reverse barbbell curls - 3 x 12 (12,12,12) Weight - 35 (lbs) (Increase!)

Abs
Super Set
Crunches on ab roller and leg raises - 3 x 15
V - ups - 3 x 15

Cardio
20 mins bike
200 floors on stepper (done in 23:23 yeah buddy :D)
10 mins treadmill

That was that. Took it easy on abs as they got a severe caning on friday lol. Hard cardio, that 200 floors was vicious. Pretty sweet workout overall.

Increases by the truck load. Congrats mate, really pushing the limits and ouch!! Those 200 floors on the stepper are brutal!! I bet your calves were screaming at you!!!

evo - lol you know it's dirty, and yes the stepper was hell lol.

But onto today's workout, which was legs.

Legs
Leg extension (30 degree angle for knee rehab) - 5 x 10 Weight - 35 (NOT DONE)
Leg press (half reps due to knee) - 6 x 15 Weight - 200 (kgs)
Lying leg curls - 3 x 8, 1 x 12 Weight - 12,8 plates
Standing leg curls - 3 x 8, 1 x 12 Weight - 40, 30
Leg press calf raises - 5 x 10 Weight - 200 (kgs)

and that was that. I couldn't do the leg exts because my knee was aching from the stepper yesterday, and still is, but it'll be right. Not alot to say about the workout, it was good, stretched and was gone in 40 mins.

Pure unadulterated filth and I love it. More increases in bold as I have come to expect. Your tris are really coming on, increases in your bench and both tri exercises. We'll be putting you in the "Best Tris" thread soon!

That was that. If you look back on my session last week, you'll notice there should be a few decreases this week, I'll explain why there isnt. I don't deadlift every week, only every second, I switch between normal deads on pull days and SLDL on leg days, I'm more fatigued after deads so I do less weight throughout my session on pull day, so I count them as different sessions sort of thing. Kind of hard to explain, hopefully you got it lol. Went light on abs, there where a bit tender from tuesday. Session was done in about 65 mins.

Yeah I'll underline the decreases and bold the increases to make it a bit easier to understand lol. I have to increase on the pec deck next week, just sometimes I feel I won't get the reps out if I increase, but then I'll kill the weight, strange, and don't ask me how I got 17 on that last set lol. I'll have to increase on militarys to, I'm a bit weary of my wrist being hurt, I have a tendency to not keep my wrists proper when doing them for some reason. Thought I'd try 40 kgs on the dips, but only just got 8 so I had to keep dropping it back. Very good workout today, done in about 70 mins.

30 mins bike
10 mins eliptical (level 10)
10 mins treadmill (walk)

That was that. everything went smoothly, so 0 complaints as usual :D

On a side note, got measured and weighed today, gone from 95.5 to 99 kgs. Put a half inch on my calfs, and on my bis, and 1.5 inches on my legs (with not squats, and only half reps on a leg press, don't ask me how I did that) and I've only put a half inch on my waistline. Pretty good me thinks.
