Seated side laterial raises - 10,8,6,10 Weight - 20,25,30,20 (lbs) (Increase!)
Rear raises - 10,8,6,10 Weight - 20,25,30,20 (lbs) (Increase!)
Barbell Shrugs - 10,8,6,10 Weight - 80,120,138,80 (kgs)
Abs
Crunches on ball - 4 x 25
Cardio
50 mins on eliptical (All for Q, yeah buddy!!)
Well that made up for my shitty shoulder performance last week. Dam that eliptical fried my ass lol, gotta keep it up for the oz baby. Went back on the 2nd set of db presses as the set last time with the 60s was to hard. 3rd set on the side laterials was sloppy, but eh. Good workout overall, finished in about 45 mins.
