Well that made up for my shitty shoulder performance last week. Dam that eliptical fried my ass lol, gotta keep it up for the oz baby. Went back on the 2nd set of db presses as the set last time with the 60s was to hard. 3rd set on the side laterials was sloppy, but eh. Good workout overall, finished in about 45 mins.

Great work Chesty, more increases, burning up calories on the cardio...

If the diet is hitting as good a form as you then The Battle for Oz is going to be really interesting. Nice work mate, congrats.

21's - 3 sets Weight - 45 (lbs)

Forearms
Reverse barbbell curl - 3 x 12 Weight - 35 lbs

I'll try a 22.5,25,30 for con curls next week. 21's where hard, don't think I've ever done them before, was cheatin a bit on the full reps on the last set. Better then average arm workout today, done in about 65 mins.

Good arm session, Chesti. Are you cutting now for the battle or are you in maintance mode, because I would throw in one more compound/free-weight movement in place of something else. Nonetheless, still very impressive and good to see you're increasing your weights each time. Best of luck, bro.

lol u aint done 21's in a while yet we done them wednesday night, and here you are doing 21's on thursday AND admit u aint done them in a long time...hmmm....
they called it chasing arnold, when they would do the same weights with the same equipment trying to get a little bit of magic from the oak...

so i guess you call this chasing peanut and pumbar. :)
