Legs
Leg extension (30 degree angle for knee rehab) - 5 x 10 Weight - 35 (Increase!)
Leg press (half reps due to knee) - 10 x 10 Weight - 200 (kgs) (Increase!)
Stiff legged deadlifts - 10,8,6,10 Weight - 58,80,98,58 (kgs)
Lying leg curls - 10,8,6,10 Weight - 10,12,12,8 plates
Leg Press Calf Raises - 5 x 10 Weight - 200 (kgs) (Increase!)

Wew that was a workout, gotta step it up for the oz. Didn't super set on the leg press, just normal sets this time, same on the calf raises. Haven't done lying leg curls for a few weeks, good for a change. Stretched and was out in 50 - 55 mins.

Quality posts as usual you two. Pummie, I will be going back on that routine shortly actually, but I like my 5 day split for the time being, and I do make gains off it. But anyway, today was shoulders, abs and cardio, so here we go.

Shoulders
Seated dumbbell press - 10,8,6,10 (11) Weight - 50,55,60,50 (lbs) (Increase!) and (Decrease)
Seated side laterial raises - 10,8,6,10 Weight - 20,25,30,20 (lbs) (Increase!)
Rear raises - 10,8,6,10 Weight - 20,25,30,20 (lbs) (Increase!)
Barbell Shrugs - 10,8,6,10 Weight - 80,120,138,80 (kgs)

Abs
Crunches on ball - 4 x 25

Cardio
50 mins on eliptical (All for Q, yeah buddy!!)

Well that made up for my shitty shoulder performance last week. Dam that eliptical fried my ass lol, gotta keep it up for the oz baby. Went back on the 2nd set of db presses as the set last time with the 60s was to hard. 3rd set on the side laterials was sloppy, but eh. Good workout overall, finished in about 45 mins.

Sounds like a good quick session bro, but you need maths help, 50mins of cardio, but you finished your workout in 45 mins, you must have pedalled your heart out you actually travelled 5 minutes into hyperspace and fit a weight session in, I am amazed by this effort:hsughup: :uhoh2:
