Thanks evo and biggy, yeah I have to push my self to the max with the cardio, that incline on the treadmill was maxed it was like walkin up everest lol. Todays arms, and the school girls are in (yeah buddy) :D

OH DB extension - 10,8,6,10 (10,R 7 L 9, R 5 L 7, R 9 L 12) Weight 20,20,22.5,17.5 (lbs) (Decrease)

Biceps
Seated dumbbell curl - 10,8,6,10 (10,8,7,10) Weight - 40,45 ,40,30 (lbs) (Increase!) and Decrease (40,30 decreases)
Concentration curl - 10,8,6,10 (10,10,6,10) Weight - 20,25,30,20 (lbs)

Forearms
Reverse barbbell curl - 3 x 12 Weight - 35 lbs (Decrease)

Dam, lot of decreases in there, but I still came out of it with a pump so its not all bad. Done in about an hour.

Back
Deadlifts - 10,8,6,10 Weight - 100,140,140,100 (kgs) (Increase!)
Hyperextensions - 4 x 10 Weight - body +20lbs (Increase!)
T bar row - 10,8,6,10 Weight - 40,49,60,40 (kgs)
pulldowns (w/ straight bar with handles at the end) - 10,8,6,10 Weight - 12,14,14,10 plates (Increase!)

Cardio
100 floors on stepper (11:30)
10 mins rower
10 mins eliptical
10 mins tread
10 mins bike

Keep goin up and down on the deads. I used a different stance on the t bar row, I was more upright, it worked well. Yeah I used a different bar for the pulldowns, I don't know the name of it. Hard cardio session, I don't think I would of survived if I didn't have my ipod lol. Good session overall, done in about 40 mins.

Cracking work Chesty. Four movements and 3 increases, that's supreme lifting mate. Great cardio to finish...short and intense.

Quality sesion Chesty! Damn lots of increases in there and that was a good amount of cardio too! I hate cardio - credit for doing it after that session! Sterling work.
And besides - it's once you're out of the thong that I'm thinking about.

50 mins on treadmill

Fixed my form up a bit on the flat press, I was pushing back to far instead of straight up. Couldn't get 6 on the 80 with the pullovers, but I'll get it next time. Done in about 40 mins, and a pretty good workout.
