Back from my leg session, best one I've had in ages, it felt so good I use to use bandages to strap my knee (stupid I know) and it was to tight, so I switched to an elastitube (looks like a white stocking) double folded and it works so much better, no pain whatsoever and less time to warm up. I've also decided to only squat every second week for a bit to not put to much stress on my knee, I want that puppy fully healed . So I'll just do more sets on presses or try to do some lunges the week I don't squat. Mostly high reps today.

This machines alot harder then the other one because your lying perfectly horizontal, no angle in it.
Ok that was it, like I said before I was very impressed with it, best leg workout I've had in a long time. Stretched and was done in around 70 mins.
