Back from my leg session, best one I've had in ages, it felt so good :xyxthumbs: I use to use bandages to strap my knee (stupid I know) and it was to tight, so I switched to an elastitube (looks like a white stocking) double folded and it works so much better, no pain whatsoever and less time to warm up. I've also decided to only squat every second week for a bit to not put to much stress on my knee, I want that puppy fully healed :D. So I'll just do more sets on presses or try to do some lunges the week I don't squat. Mostly high reps today.

This machines alot harder then the other one because your lying perfectly horizontal, no angle in it.

those leg extensions are a brutal warmup too, I would know :tear:

solid hammie work afterwards too, hell man...I hope you had Pumba there to carry you outta the gym after that smashing of the legs

Christ! There's been some things going on in here. And by that I mean HUGE weight increases from last time I was in. Don't know where to start - all of it is impressive. i keep missin ur sessions dude, i don't know what's goin on! good to hear to good knews about ur knee and that u had such a good session with all those pbs. some nice weight on the side laterals and upright rows - ur just a PB machine! Dam bro that's some real nice weight on deads, ur just 8.5lbs away from my PB (which i won't repeat anytime soon anyway) and I doubt it will be long till we see ur rep 405! keep up the good work buddy and keep gettin them PBs!
