Smashing work done on those triceps with those skullcrushers and overhead extension :2:

Bottom of my ears to the top baby, straight up and down, I get the traps goin on them. I dont push them together at the top, constant tension on them shits :hay:

Wow, I just thought I'd stop in to see how my ol' pal Chesty has been doing and I was floored by the amount of personal bests in here! Major props on hitting PB's on bigger exercises like DB Rows and BB Shrugs; that shit will make you grow. Keep at it, bro.
