yeah i've been havin problems as of late tryna connect to this site but it seems to have remedied itself... but aside from that you're flooding this log with so many PBs it's not funny. I'd say whatever the hell you're doin, keep doin it coz it's workin!

Could barely go into a SLDL position my legs where that fucked lol it was hard doin any weight at all. Didn't use any elastotube on my knee today and it felt great so I was real happy with this workout. Stretched and left in about an hour.

Don't worry about the curls, 100lbs is a lot of weight to throw up on those!

ok back from legs. First time I've tried for low - medium reps on legs in a long time, it went ok.

Switched it up and done some 1/4 reps for my knee today, it was average.

Knee held up ok during this, so I was happy. On the heavy sets form wasn't perfect, more like knees to stomach then knees to chest lol but I was happy with how it went.

I think there 10 lb plates, I could be wrong though.

its one thing if my Incline is better then my flat, but your shoulder press should not be greater then your flat, it should be behind your incline in fact.
