Full range of motion and sloooooow is what should be promoted, I don't count 1/4 reps and I sure as hell don't count 1/2 reps boys. Knees to Chest or your just pretending. Chesti I have never seen you go deep with that heavy a weight, must I return to the gym just to train legs with you, so you get it right? Hmmmm.

It's ok PUMBA still loves you's but lets keep away from the fiction section from now on boys.:eek5nono:

Glenny, you've only ever seen me leg press when I was deliberately doing half reps and I said that in this log, The only way I'd cheat on the leg press is if I lent forward which I rarely do. That was it, didn't have time for cardio so I"ll do it tomorrow with my back and traps session. Best shoulder workout I've had in awhile, done in about 70 mins.

ur chin-ups are lookin good now man, won't be too long till you'll be reppin out 10. a shame about your grip...looks like you'll have to work on it but good work with the shrugs dude and the cardio looks great!

Those are some descent pullups, especially considering you weigh over 100kg, but they could still get better :no:

The Pulldowns and Rows both are looking strong too, I like the amount of reps you did, really smashed that back of yours.

Good behind the back shrugs, real good actually, and great job not neglecting those forearms

Thanks man, yeah I felt really strong on the last set, so I'll aim for 10 next time I do chins first. Wait for the low rep day on back big man ;)

First time I've done these, wasn't to bad except for a bit of a tightening of the left bicep.

Hanging leg raises - 4 x 10

Cardio
10 mins bike
20 mins treadmill (First 10 mins Level 7 fast walk, incline level 0%. Second 10 mins Level 7 fast walk, incline level 5%)
10 mins bike

That was that, I was happy overall, except for my arm slipping on the Inclines :( but take the good with the bad I guess. Done in about 75 mins not including cardio.
