Thanks Rockita. No gym today, considering I done legs two days ago it seems pointless doing them again, considering there still pretty fried, esp my hammies. I might go in tomorrow if they're any better, if not then monday it is.

Man, that was fucked. I couldn't even take a breathe at the end and I was on the verge of unleashing all over the gym floor. But I had Bear (A massive dude) watching my form today, he said it was ok except I need to keep my head up all the time and to also not loose form at the end of my set to much.

Triceps
Seated Dumbbell French Press (lbs)
85 x 11 + 3 + 2 total = 16 reps (Target 11 - 20)

Hold bottom of standing french press movement with 40lb dumbbell for 60 secs

Abs
V-Ups - 4 x 10

Notes for next time:
  • Up weight on incline chest press
  • Get above 17 reps on DB press
  • Get above 18 reps on rack chins
  • Get above 15 reps on deadlifts
  • Get above 16 reps on french press

Wrapped it in 55 mins, would of been a bit shorter but I couldn't just jump straight into french presses after those deads. Weighed myself also, Up from 109kgs (239.8 lbs) to 111.5kgs (245.3lbs) in about 8 weeks, not to shabby. Well cardio tomorrow, until then fellas :gaygay:

Nice work - short workout time but good weight and lots of reps. Those deads and rack chins are qualitah.

Ok just a half hour of cardio today. 10 mins recumbant bike CV interval 4, 10 mins eliptical hill interval 8, 10 mins treadmill speed 7.0.
