Monday's. Started in the morning when I put my bike on the hardest setting and done that for a measly 10 mins.

This session sucked, I went in feelin good and keen, and after my first warmup set just went to complete shat. Also, I have to mention from now on if I'm squatting to parallel or ass to grass.

220lbs for 5 is good for ass to grass man, lots of weight, gonna get those quadies huge,
speaking of stiff legged deadies, haven't done those in a while
after those grassed squats, im surprised you could get back to 100kgs.

Update: My legs are fucking killing me, it's seriously a struggle to walk. I done some cardio yesty to try to get some blood back in the trunks, but it's only made it a lot worse for some weird reason. But I'll post it still.

Abs
Elevated incline crunches - 3 x 20
Standing twists - 3 x 20

Cardio
40 mins bike
20 mins eliptical (Level 2)

Shoulders/arms being done later on today.

My apologizes boys, I've been absent. My diet ended on xmas day. I went from 111 kgs (244.2 lbs) to 103.5 kgs (227.7 lbs) so I ended up losing roughly 16.5 lbs in a bit under 12 weeks, which wasn't to bad. I haven't trained since then because I usually take the rest of the year off plus a week or two when I go on holidays, and I'm going back to my vacation spot in 2 days for another week or so, when I come back training will recommence. Until then, don't do anything I wouldn't do! :linedrunk:
