Thanks Mak. After a delay here's Monday's session. I tried a new approach this time, only doing two sets per exercise but upping the weight and going to near failure each time. My strength still hasn't fully returned, but it's getting there.

Nice session there man! if u can get a way to prove that people are going to the gym because of the ad in myspace and mention that the reason they are interested is beacuse of it.....you should get a free membership and supps!!:)

I hope so Prince, just got to catch the owner when I see him. Bad news guys, fucked my finger up today. I locked myself out of my room and tried to get in through the window. It was raining and when I went to push the window up my hand slipped and I smashed my finger into the steel lock, blood pissed out of it for a few minutes, but it's stopped bleeding and just hurts to move or grip anything now. I done this 5 minutes before I was supposed to leave for the gym, so I went anyway and just relied heavily on straps for my back/shoulder workout. I'll post it in a few hours, I have work related shit to do. See you guys in a bit.
