Bi peak as impressive as ever. Let's see some more free weight moves!!

I shall try Rocky,
starting cardio tomorrow
to help keep old weight gain away
since my nicotine lozenge week thing is over
now im smoke free,nicotine freee etc.

thanks guys
need to gain some more muscle mass and lose more BF
today i didnt do cardio
our dog has been loose for a day and a half, and only me and my dad are here
so we gotta watch out for if he comes back
HOPEFULLY by tomorrow i'll hit the cardios, probably start off with 30min HIIT

yea im trying to.

i did 30mins cardio today, from level 1 to 12
then some abs and chest

ab rope crunches standing and kneeling
standing 100lbs 2 sets 8-10reps
kneeling 150lbs 8-10 reps

chest
wide chest hammer strength press 2 sets
45lb on each side for WU, up to 10reps (not much, havent used this in a while)
then 90lbs on each side, narrow and wide grip 4-8reps
on narrow i had my palms on the tip of the handle.

it feels better smoke free and all.
veins are bigger, muscles seem fuller
going to do some cardio and arms/back today

Today was

Chest, biceps, obliques,back,

from beginning to end

WU with Chest press machine one handed 60lbs 15 reps each hand

Bicep seated zottman curls 30lbs 12+ reps

flat bench press
bar for rotator cuff presses, push press type etc

working set 115lbs 6-8 reps
then 135 for 5, (found out doing bench pressing before anything is much easier
plus narrow and wide grip are best for me)

incline Db flyes 20lbs 8-10reps
flat db flys 30lbs 8-10 reps

Db concentration curls
30lbs 6-8 reps 2 set each arm

Oblique twists with PVC pipe
10-20reps

decline chest hammer strength chest presses
140lbs total for 10+ reps
then 180 total for 6-8 reps

back
lat pull downs with both v-bar and straight bar
105lbs for v-bar 8-10 reps
then 135lbs for straight bar semi-wide grip underhand
8+ reps

one handed cable curls
50lbs 8-10 reps 2sets each arm

Chest,

flat bb presses
115lb for 6+ reps
145lbs 5 reps 2 sets

Incline db flyes 25lbs 8+ reps
flat db flyes 35lbs 8+ reps

Decline hammer strength presses
up to 90lbs per side 6+reps

biceps

seated with also standing db hammer curls
30-35lbs 10+ reps

standing ez bb curls 50lbs first set close grip, second set, normal
third set reverse grip 8-12 reps (my bicep peak was tremendous)

one handed tricep pushdowns with puley 30lbs 8+ reps (Havent done tris in a while
need to get back into it)

abs

standing ab rope crunches 100lbs 8-12reps
kneeling ab rope crunches 150lbs up to 10-12

legs

seated ham string curls
up to 225lbs for 8 reps

leg extensions one legged first
75lbs for 10+reps each leg
then 915lbs for 8+

standing calf press machine
one legged first with 75lbs for 4-6 reps
then 105lbs both legs 8+reps

28mins 100-150cals i believe
had pants on, shirt, and jacket on
inside the gym. help sweat. up to level 12 on bike
