aight, im going to skip breakfast for now on till i get to work (to eat there)

today.

short session, cus of time constraints

Back
seated machine rows up 2 sets 70lbs 8-12 reps
90lbs 8-10 reps

Triceps
Seated tricep extensions with machine
2 sets up to 60lbs (4 second hold at end rep)

biceps
standing (facing away and facing towards) free motion curls
45lbs 12-13reps
50lbs 12reps flex at top, (good peaking there :) )

shoulders
Shoulder side raises with machine
2 sets up to 60lbs 6-10 reps

seated shoulder presses with machine
3 set tri-change reps (change hand position in the air)
up to 100lbs 6-10reps

leg extensions 2 sets first set one legged with 70lbs 8 reps
then 150lbs both legs 8reps (hard squeeze, slow down slow up)

Lying leg curls
110lbs 10reps
150lbs 6 reps

chest
one set flat bench (this sucked cus i had to leave at this time :( )
145lbs 7 reps....

Session looked good although training without having eaten anything since the day before I'm surprised you had any energy to train!

heres my new log, a 3 day split

its shit, very light weights,
and also new free weights ie, bb presses for shoulders
and others
starting soft

60 min cardio over 300 cals
got my HR to 185 for bout 5 mins near the ending of session

going to start my 3 day split tomorrow.

Only 300 cals in 60 minutes? Are you sure? I guess that would be about right if you were walking.

No squats or deadies in your routine? Why not?

I started off level 1 on the cardio
and by 45mins i started hauling ass.

i might add them in next month
im going to update my split every 4 weeks

okay i did day 1., not good though...
here

flat bench 135/12 135/10? or so ? 145/7+ . i tried the 160lbs no go.... :(
Incline db presses.. 40/10.. 45/6 45/6
db flyes 30/10 35/8 40/6
close grip bench did 2 sets with the 115/3-4 reps....
press downs one one cabled pulley 50/12 4 3 sets
dips 6-4-4
standing db curls 25/14+ 30/12 35/7+
hammer curls 35/ 2 sets of 6..
reverse ez curls 50lbs 3 sets of 4-8

fuck it...
