been taking time off
from saturday at 6am i had a stomach virus or something
puked all over my floor, and kept shitting my self literally
i didnt eat anything from then till now its sunday 8:52am
i was afraid to eat cus i'd just puke everything.
i had this virus before. so i took pre-cautions
but i was so weak... could only walk 10+ feet then sleep walk again :S

im eating and feel energetic
last time it only lasted bout 28 or so hours..
eating while you have this virus, it lasts longer
so i should be fine.
but damn i think i lost nearly 5lbs in one day ..

sunday that day i did that session
i still had that stomach virus
cus after that, i went home ate a whataburger BBQ cheddar (half of it..)
then before that took my cellmass, some hours later when i went outside
to get my work clothes off the dry-line. i just vomited everywhere, the door, mat, dryer, wall, just red liquid and junks of hamburger. i might be getting better i dont know

this is diff, im testing a new routine out.
Legs

seated ham curls 150/12? 195/5
standing calf presses 75/10 75/8
back
lat pull down 105/10 135/8-12
Db rows 45/8+ 55/8+
shoulders
db front raises 20/14 25/12
machine presses 80/10 90/10
abs
seated ab machine crunches 90lbs 10+
stiff deads 95lbs 4 reps narrow 4 wide foot (light as fuck, but will increase weight every week)
biceps
Free motion curls
25lbs warm up facing 10+ reps
50lbs facing away standing up 12+reps
45lbs one handed hammer type curls
8reps per arm slow and pumping !!!
good workout, will slowly increase weights,
mostly on deads, shoulders, back. for now i'll focus on that
need to concentrate more as well...
Flex - im keeping a 3 day split, but every now and then im switching around muscle groups
Lion - just a switcharoo, to keep myself busy, doing the same 3 day split with same thing etc bores me
It looks like you've put some thought into your routine - I'm sure you'll be seeing some positive results. You've gotta be commended for your attitude - coz you're right - it aint all about the weights and I look forward to seeing you progress with this new routine.
