great quad workout hypo, put some more weight on squats and train form with that.. if i go too light my form looks crappy too.. dunno why but form training is always the best while using heavy weight :)

ATG squats are the way to go. They shut everybody else up (except for the "you'll hurt your knees!" pussies).

Yea thats true Freako, but i got knee wraps on, lol i wrap them like crap

thanks also man, ATG Squats feel alot different than regulars, a very good feeling in quads.

Today
went to the gym around 2am ish
its 3:40ish am now

Did biceps, triceps and back

rotator cuff work

biceps

ez bb curls
45lbs 8+reps
then 30lb db concentration curls 3-5 reps
ez bb curls 55lbs 8reps
then 30lb db concentration curls 3-5 reps
ez bb curls 65lbs 8reps

left bicep strengthening
machine bicep elbow padded curl thingy
left arm only 30lbs up to 10reps
then 40lbs 8-11reps

triceps

tricep seated machine presses
up to 80lbs 7-10reps

seated plated dips
up to 95lbs per side 8+reps

then bw dips on bar
5? reps or so, not bad since i went deeep down and up

back

seated row machine
both hands up to 110lbs 8+reps

seated double handle row thing
each handle is flexible hard to describe heh
up to 100+?lbs 10+reps

seated lat pull down with a freemotion type machine
30lbs per handle good pump, and ROM 8+reps

then i sat in the SPA for a while, with hot water,
and laid my back on the water fall.

140, 9-10reps? 155lbs 5-6reps... 170 3 half REPS DAMN IT MOTHER FUCK FUCK DICK CUNT CRAP!

Some other chest stuff etc
decline db flyes 30lbs.. etc 10+reps (for end pump)
still trying out the machines see whats best, that wont eff up my left arm

legs

leg press with machine sled thingy
up to 300lbs ? 6-9reps
leg extension on two diff machines up to 120 or 150? cant read
they got these things covering most of the plating so people cant
put plates on the stack or something covers the numbers..

left arm weak point strengthening
seated machine concentration type curls?
30 for 8-12reps
then 40 8+

then left hand machine seated rowing
55lbs 7+reps
stretching etc
did other stuff cant remember hehehehehe

Sat in the SPA,
got out put my new Nike trunks in the little
drier spinner thing. took it out walked full nude
could tell some dudes were just jealous
i shoulda said WHY YOU STARING FAGGOT!?

nah, well now i know i shouldnt be self conscious now lol
i need some new pics... im big as fuck but i do shit weight.. doesnt make sense!!!!

good workout at all, dont bother about the bench, you goet 4 next time ;)

I sense you were dismayed by the benching!

Don't weat it bsdies you said you're big as fuck - the weight is almost irrelevant then. This is bodybuilding not powerlifting! It's that you look like you can lift a lot that counts! :)

good work on the bench brother, no need to scream! Overall the session looked real good and next time tell those fools "stare hard retard!", gets em everytime!

I know the feeling of not getting that extra rep in the bench, it can seriously ruin whats left of your training : ) Next time you will get it, im sure.
