today

rotator workouts with 25lb DB

flat bb presses
135lbs 2sets., 155lbs then tried for 170 failed,, fuck it, then tried 165 got 4 reps in
next time i know i'll hit that 170

seated DB hammer curls 35lbs 2 sets 10+
reverse bb curls 40lbs slow up and down helluva pump, bicep peak was smoking :)
2 sets, of that,
tried out some other bicep machines etc just to see how it feels

triceps,

dip machine with plates 70per side 7+ reps
Tricep pressdowns with rope, 30-40lbs? 10+reps
good pump, horse shoe shape rocks

then dips my weight (wearing blue jeans, Timberland pro Titan series boots, belt, shirt)
6-10?..

seated lat pulldown with v bar thing, up to 100lbs 6-9reps 2 sets (first set 60ish)
seated cable rows with some weird wide handle thing up to 110+? forgot reps
plated machine nautilus row 90lbs per side 7+ reps
forgot heh

shoulders
front db shoulder raises 20lbs 10+reps 2 sets
ab crunches with machine 50lbs 10 +Reps
ab crunches with Technogym machine
60lbs 10+reps
machine oblique twists, 110lbs 8-12reps

thanks man, its hard to remember what i do, since it was late ..

went to whataburger afterwards, and my bro bought me a whatameal (he owed me 5$ anyway) well got home was watching ATHF season 5 and 3/4s the way done with my hamburger there was this plastic thing in it. he called the HQ and complained.

Cardio tonite

did 30mins

from start to about 23mins was light - moderate
finishing mins were intense hr went to 170-175ish

200+ cals, im more focusing on mins on bike
some reason i dont need much cardio, but still need it...

That's the way - getting those rotator cuff exercises in to start!

Get that 170 sucker up next time bro. No problem for you Im sure. Sessions looks good.

Sucks about the plast in the burger. I might not have noticed it tho, the way I eat a burger : D :food-snacking:

usually ignore it.. but it must be done. and thanks man :)

Rocky - yea ! def good. it helps for flat benching quite a bit, thanks for dropping by man !!

Lionheart - LOL Yea. i love it,im the only guy in the gym or any gym ive been to that does hahaha, but its awesome. no point in buying workout pants or shorts anymore, ya know? lol also the dip machine is alright, the handles are Gigantic though..

Mikew - yea i had 30mins, should've used all of it for maxing out, mostly worried that
i'll lose bf.. lol heh, i was gulping down that burger till the very middle of the pattie

standing Close grip straight bb curls 65lbs 8-12reps
seated machine curls 40lbs each arm up to 14+reps
then drop set to 30lbs for left arm 8-12more

triceps
some weird tricep extension machine
reps dunno weight dunno, just trying it out

back
lat pull downs
100lbs to 115lbs 8-10reps

seated rows 2 machines
100 to 200lbs 3-12reps

SLDLs 135 f0r dunno, 155 for dunno, but i know for 185 i got 4

abs
standing ab rope pulley crunches
50-70lbs 12+reps
seated machine crunches 40-60lbs 12+reps

shoulders
seated machine side raises 90lbs 3-4reps
then 70 4-6 reps

calf presses
2 diff machines
seated up to 120+ lbs 8-12 reps each machine

Nice randomness again. You sure do a lot of bicep work - don't want them overpowering the rest of your physique!

30lbs 2 sets with zottmans 1 set CC 4-14reps
(4 for CC curls)

tricep pushdowns up to 70lbs 8+reps
one handed tricep pushdows 20lbs? 10reps
tricep bar dip with machines, 90lbs per side 8+reps

abs
ab crunches with freemotion machine
50-70lbs 8 - 12reps

Chest press with machine incline type?
up to 190lbs 3-4reps
reverse pec deck 50lbs 6-8reps
pec deck full 120lbs 8+reps

leg presses up to 415-420lbs for 4-6reps
leg extensions up to 115lbs (used a diff machine other one is busted) 8+reps
one legged ham curls 100lbs 4-6lbs, then both legs 115 or 150 forgot..8+reps
calf presses with leg press 360lbs 4-6reps then 415lbs 4-6reps
