Did gym man

Deads

up to 230lbs for 3 reps (so easy)
leg press thing, weird one though 550+lbs 6 reps
leg extensions up to 210lbs 5+reps

calf presses
90lbs per leg for pump mostly 10+reps

shoulders
machine shoulder presses 110+lbs 3-4reps DS to 80 same

forgot the rest
its 3:18am here.

I like how your trying to hit everything in your workouts. Did you work out that late, or just put it on here that late? haha I've heard of people working out that late at those 24 hour gyms, I dont know how they do it haha.

I went at like 2:30am to the gym heh
i also did traps


DB shrugs 65lbs 10+reps
BB shrugs on smith 150lbs 8-12 reps
standing machine plate shrugs, 90lbs per side 6-10
seated shrugs plated, 90lbs per side 6-10

great weight on the shrugs hypo, but you should really get a small log blog where you write every excersice on before you go to gym and just add the numbers while resting...

Good idea, i have one, but doesn't leave enough space for the stuff i do per day.
might need to just get a binder and put college rule paper in it...

Lion - yea... first time training my traps in while.. felt good still feel it to this day

BB - i am man. im going full throttle now.

today

chest
biceps

Flat DB presses 40x12+ 50x9+ 60x8 65x7? (this might be light to everyone else even for a Warm up, but never in my life could i get passed 55 for 4reps..must be my havoc/massfx stack, joints werent hurting as much either.. oddly)

flat DB flyes for pump/stretch 30lbs 12+reps

machines presses with technogym machine
100lbs 10+reps, tried 150 got 1, this machine is very complex for joints.

incline machines press, 110lbs for 9+reps
then tried 190lbs which i got last time for 4 reps, didnt get even 1..
drop setted to 170 for 6 or so.

Biceps

Standing Straight bar reverse curls 50lbs 10+reps
Standing EZ curl wide grip curls 65lbs 8+reps
Standing EZ curl close grip curls 75lbs 8+Reps

fucking bloody pump !! :D
my right bicep head was poking out like a giant thumb lol, all these dudes stopped and
starred at it, thru the mirror. jealous cunts :keke:

then did Left bicep weak point strengthening on technogym seated curls
30lbs 8+Reps 40lbs 7+reps. hold at end rep.

right after my workout i went into the spa, with my new nike swim trunks
then after that did cardio for bout 10mins 100cals burned.

also forgot to mention my diet

couple hours before working out

went to mc donalds gotta Triple quarter pounder with extra cheese biggest size they had.
gobbled it like it was nothing., .. my bro paid for the meal for helping him with moving the new tv.

last nites work out

SLDLs up to 245lbs 2 reps added 20more lbs
tricep db kick backs 3 sets 20lbs 10+reps 22.5lbs same, 25lbs bout 8-9
tricep standing pressdowns underhand grip focusing on form and contraction
30lbs ? i think, all i could see is 0 first numbers are rubbed off.. 15-20reps
good pump for triceps for once.
seated tricep machine plated pressdowns 115lbs per side 8-10reps

abs standing side ab freemotion side crunches 50 or so lbs 10reps per side
seated ab crunches with machine 50-60lbs 10reps
machine oblique twists 130lbs 8reps

more back
lat pull downs 2 sets wide and narrow
up to 110lbs 8-12 reps
seated db shrugs 50lbs 8-10reps (dbs kept hitting my quads)
then seated machine shrugs 90lbs per side 8+reps good pump
seated machine row up to 155lbs 8reps
then seated handle rows 70lbs for end pump back session

leg presses with weird leg press machine up to 620lbs 3-4reps

Looks like a random session you did there. Beneficial though, of course. Good job on those SLDL... that's some solid weight!

thanks paulie still trying to get used to some of their machines
that leg press thing is interesting, you put the plates on the side like leg presses but
the plates are very low to the ground, and the place you put your feet are high up
very odd

did shoulders last nite plus some cardio

front db rasies, 22.5 12reps. 25 10-12 reps
side machines raises two diff machines up to 70lbs 8 reps
seated machine presses 110lbs 8-10reps
reverse pec deck 55-60lbs 8-10 reps

cardio 15mins 130ish cals
