just got out of the gym and went to mc ds

heh no camera, still didnt find it yet. might just use my celly next time, but i wanna have a good quality pic.... meh

today

cardio and rotator warm up 7mins

biceps, triceps

biceps -
Db curls seated 30lbs 2 sets 11-14reps. no shaking, moving
swinging period, like a statue :)

straight BB reverse curls not wide or close grip though
just right, 50lbs 8+ reps good forearm/bicep peak pump

EZ BB wide grip curls 75lbs 9 or 10reps...

then i did this one ronnie did once
the cable thing where you do crossovers
i did curls on there, put the handle things up highest on each side
did 9-12reps with 30-35lbs per side good pump, never tried it before.

then Freemotion machine curls
50lbs seated facing away 7-9reps
then standing up 8+ reps

then some seated machine where you lay your elbows on each side
and your arms are above your shoulder for curls
did it for lower bicep area, 2 sets up to 35lbs per side 8+ reps
good reps too. decent machine.

triceps

standing one handed tricep twisting press downs
up to 30lbs per side 12-15reps
2 sets

i showed my bro how to do them, they help with the horse show effect

flat db presses
55lbs 14reps
65lbs 12+reps
75lbs 8+reps
80lbs 5reps

cable crossovers for lower chest again
30lbs per side, 2 sets 10-14reps good pump

incline machine presses
65lbs one handed 6reps per hand
then 110lbs with both hands 8 - 12reps?
then 125lbs same
then 155lbs 8reps


back -

traps
standing shrugs with plated shrug machine thing
90lbs per side 12-15reps
then 135lbs per side with 8-10reps
(note: second set i had two 45lbs plates on lowest portion of machine, and the other 45 on the top, plus i was facing away)

one handed row machine
80-85lbs per hand 12-15reps
then both hands ,170lbs 8-9reps

seated row machine thing ..
110lbs 8-12reps

seatedt technogym machine lat row
odd machine, hard to describe lol
3 sets up to 140lbs 3-4reps

also did some decline ab crunches
and some rotator cuff work

and cardio warmup before hand for 5mins

had a Met-rx Big 100 colossal and a whataburger
honey mustard chicken sandwhich with water n fries

Cardio., abs and shoulders today

cardio - 20+mins 5.00miles 130-140cals
i was challenging my bro to how much resistance he could tolerate
i got to level 16 said "calories per hour 1,801" lol then 10seconds later put it back to 4 heh

some oblique twists with machine
150lbs 2 sets 6-8
seated ab crunches with technogym machine
90-100lbs? 11reps 2 sets

then some ab crunch machine on regular machine
forgot the weight. but got a good set 10+

shoulders -

overhead press machine dont like it much
up to 110lbs 2 reps,. very bad machine, the bars go up inwards together., bad for long arms for short people

some side shoulder machine raises...
90lbs 6 sets, hold at top for 4-6seconds each rep

reverse pec deck 100lbs 2 sets 7-8

What cardio did you do?


it was a standard exercise bike
non-recumbent one.

lifefitness model..
its a good bike, i use the same one at the gym up stairs facing the balcony so i can see down chicks shirts when they walk passed the reception desk :tiphat: good motivation!

rotator cuffs 22.5lb db 2 sets 15 reps

Seated techno gym curls one handed
20lbs 15+ reps both hands for blood flow
then 2 more sets up to 50lbs per arm 6-7reps.

freemotion curls up to 60lbs per arm
one handed.. 8-10reps

db curls standing plus seated,
35lbs 2 or 3 sets forgot.. 8-15reps

Db concentration curls 25lbs 6-8reps

then db hammer curls 40lbs 10-14reps

triceps -
tricep pressdowns
2 sets up to 70 or 80 lbs on this thing
12-15 reps

seated machine dips
one handed 110lbs 6reps per arm
then 210 for 10-12
then whole stack = 270lbs 4 reps

some back

cable rows up to 150lbs 4 reps,

shou.lders -
db front raises
20lbs 12+reps
22.5lbs 12+reps

60lbs 10-14reps, 70lbs 8-10 reps
80lbs 5-8 reps
85lbs 3 reps.


then a bunch of chest crap with machines
also took my shirt off and did the rest of my workout shirtless

triceps (did this before chest)

standing one arm tri pressdowns
up to 30lbs per arm 15reps each

standing pressdowns, facing away
up to 80? lbs 2 sets 7-10

abs

seated ab crunches 100lbs 8 reps
oblique twists whole stack 190lbs
2 sets 4-6
standing ab crunches with freemotion 60lbs 12-15reps
standing and kneeling ab rope crunches up to 100lbs or so
12-15reps 2 sets
