back, abs

rotator cuff warm ups up to 25lbs 15 reps

back -
seated rear machine delt rows
up to 90-100lbs 8-12 reps (good pump) was 3 working sets, slow negs0

one handed machine cable rows
80lbs 10-14reps
then both hands 2 sets up to 200lbs 6-8reps

seated rows with machine
100lbs 2 sets 6-8

lat pull downs with 2 diff attachments wide bar and v-bar
up to 115lbs 6-10 reps
3 sets in total vice versa

then for triple-super-set work
3 different back row machines near free weight section
up to 70lbs per side
one set to the next 5-10second pause
6-10reps each

abs -

oblique side twists
2 sets 150lbs per set

ab crunches 90-100lbs 12-15reps
then kneeling ab rope crunches 2 sets
from 90lbs up to 120lbs 10-14reps

Thanks Lion, i though just pure heavy weight wont cut it
when i dont eat enough.
so this is whats compensating for that right now...
yea did get pumped lower back aches too lol

Great new pic brother. The veins are poppin in those biceps. Its good to see that you are doing some rotator cuff exercises. They will help prevent injuries, plus they can help strengthen your pressing when your rotator gets stronger because it will be able to take more stress.

Bam - thanks man! genetics are revealing right now, i never seen my veins that big before, yea man these rotator cuff warmups help alot!, for flat db presses mostly :)

pGhi - thanks, genetics, i only train them like once a month
numbers will improve i hope specially when i restart a cycle of havoc with 4 caps.

Tkd - thanks man, MM is the easiest pose for me right now
front lat spread sucks, can never get it right, looks like my back is hyper extended, side tricep is alright but makes my waist look very thin, over powers it...

thanks guys over all,im pumped up already to go to gym, but must take this day off.

Biceps, legs


biceps

EZ bb curls 2 sets 55lbs and 65lbs
8-12reps
then Straight bar 2 sets 70lbs and 80lbs
8-10+reps

seated db hammer curls ronnie style
30lbs 14+reps
35lbs 12+
40lbs 12reps


legs -
squats
135lbs 8+reps
185 6+
(note: never squat with jeans on , i mean Levi denim jeans, big MISTAKE)

leg press 680ish lbs 6 reps
did 3 sets, one set toes staight
2nd set tows outwards
last set (set that was 680) toes inwards

then some calf presses on it
3, 45lbs per side
one legged calf presses with that weight 8 reps per leg

then seated calf presses
115lbs 10+reps

lying hamstring curls
110lbs 8reps

seated hamstring curls
110-115lbs 8+reps
