9reps (right after each third rep would switch really quickly)

db flat presses for chest

90 5-6 my bro cant count for shit, hes just jealous
95lbs 4 i believe
going to try 100lbs when i can get 95 for 6 at least

db curls 45lbs some reps
ezcurl curls 95lbs 4reps
straight bar curls 80lbs 5-8reps

standing freemotion left hand curls
50lbs 10+reps
60lbs 8+reps (weak point strengthening on this helps)

tricep dips on machine
210lbs 12 reps
270lbs (whole stack) 5-6?reps

one handed twisting tricep pushdowns
20lbs 6 reps, 30 6, 40, 6

more chest
incline chest press machine
up to 130lbs got 3 or so reps with that

another incline one, up to 110-115? 6-8reps

forgot to add, the dbs at my gym only go to 110lbs...
so when i get there im gonna have to do what Braaqs doing
just keep doing more reps.. , since i know they wont order any heavier ones
cus' their pricks like that.

was posing in the locker room nude heh,
i was pumped like a mother fucker.. my biceps were so blown up keping my arm to the side
and trying to do a fake curl wouldnt work, biceps kept hitting my arm

That is fucking monsterious session Hypo!! U are a freak ;). How long did u do this session? There is some great weights, DB Press, DB Curls.. Everything. I bet every muscles of yours are blown off! Tomorrow u'll feel what have u done. Really nice session, keep doing ur thing bro. :2:

i ate two met-rx big 100 colossal bars, and a 26gram protein shot afterwards, bout 87grams of protein? or so
took 3 hours to finish.

Lion - yea very close, i was pumped for most of the session
i picked up the 45lb dbs for some curls, they felt like 20lbs lol
weird..

DA - yea, when i got to the gym.. there was some people
mostly on the ellipticals, treadies
half way thru i got pumped just went insane in the gym lol

haha 1am-3am thats a wild time to workout. great work though I'm sure that had to feel good. Hows the job search going. if you cant find anything you should look into one of those google clicker jobs. I got offered one last year during football its something like you get online just one hour a day and do something on google. I think they give the job to anybody that wants it. Or you could just become a male giggolo posing nude in your gym haha
