tonite

cardio first
20ish mints 135-140cals

then traps, shoulders chest

traps,

shrugs with deadlift machine 90lbs 20+reps
180lbs 16reps,

db shrugs 70lbs 15 reps
80lbs 12-14reps

shoulders

db side laterals (never do this heh, use machine usually)
17.5lbs 10+reps
20lbs same
25lbs 2 sets 8-10
(need to do this more often, in the mirror looks like it works
shoulders very well)

overhead press for shoulders
up to 125lbs 6reps did 4 sets

chest

pec deck up to 190lbs 10-12reps or more

and went to wal-mart
got 3 huge protein bars

nice session Hypo, you really like to kill those traps lol, the db side laterals exercise is my fav for shoulders :D, and chest went pretty well :2:

Nice going - especially doing the cardio first. I hear you with the motivation when you're training on your own. Hard going.

i didnt have much energy after it, so i didnt do much...:(

lol i lost size guys...but thanks :)
the mm pose didnt come out right, i put the camera on 10sec timer
and before i hit the correct spot it took the shot lol
but i lost 5lbs, most likely muscle.. but will try to eat more
and sleep better. thanks yall :)

get that sleep bro, get hold of some melatonine, it works pretty well, just tried it yesterday and fell asleep at 9 pm like alittle child, too bad i need a fucking prescription in this dump of a country to get it:(

pics look mighty fine, thick arms, thick chest and traps. most muscular shot is nice, just gotta bring up the delts alittle;)

doing some more cardio
might do some legs as well.
i flex my quads hard for like 3 seconds but
after that they look flabby, i got too much Bf on em..
