Great workout man, i agree with tkD, barbell rows would be great and im sure you'll get a lot more out of it rather than the smth

im gonna move over to the free weight next week
but im just worried that my legs will give out. and yea man.
my bros pretty strong for his size lol thanks :)!

Mexi - well he follows me around,
he doesn't like to workout alot, he breaks a sweat then hes like "well im gonna go hit the spa" lol..

Lance - yea i know.. im just cautious with my legs shaking
last time i did free weight bb rows i did 145lb for 10 or so
but legs would not stop shaking.

went to gym with bro and friend
bro stayed in spa whole time
me and Grant did some workouts..

chest

he wanted me to try out incline db pressed
i did 65lbs for like 7 or 8
then did 70s i think for some reps

flat db flys
30 for 10-12
35lb same
45lbs (couldnt get 40s..) 6? reps
found 40s did 8-12reps

pec deck
190 for 6reps
130 for 12+?
160 for 6-8
190 for 10.. (took off my shirt, and had my sleeveless UA shirt underneath)

triceps
rope pushdowns
60ish lbs 6 -8 reps (grant was showing me a special way of doing these)

db kickbacks
15lbs for like 12-15? reps or more...
then 22.5lbs 8-10reps
i think i did 25lbs for 6,.. might be wrong.

Shoulders

Db seated front raises db is vertical, not horizontal
20lbs 15+reps
30lbs 12-15reps
(grant went up to 35lbs easily heh)

standing db lat raises
15lbs some reps, my right shoulder doesnt like it
have to use machine.. :(

standing bb press bar for 5, then 65lbs for 10-12?
standing straight bb raises 40lbs 8-12

i guess that was it, basically me and Grant are giving each other
opinions and suggestions on workouts, hes 6'0 or so and 222lbs
im 5'8 or 9 ish and 170-175 so we're both figuring out
whats best for our size, (as in depth of pushes,lifts etc, how far arms go out, etc)

A bit of experimentation and outside opinions is always great for fine-tuning your program mate. Good session too. Kick your brothers arse for staying in the spa the whole time though.

lower/mid chest is overpowering it..

Today i got my Gainers fuel 2500 9.31lbs in
Thyrotabs, thintabs, and ephedrine
thyrotabs were some what crushed, some of em lol meh..
thintabs are old school NOS lol. very old school.
Ephedrine tabs, had an expectorant? or something with it too..

today
just triceps.

Seated tricep machine dips
190lbs 15-20reps
270lbs 6 reps
280lbs 4 reps (added 10lbs to stack)

One handed tricep machine extenders
50lbs per arm 15 reps
80lbs per arm 10 reps

one handed tricep pushdownds
left hand 30lbs for 6?
then switched to 20lbs for rest
20lbs for right arm 8-12reps
same for left
