today
Cardio some random stuff with a friend whos trying to get back in the game.
Cardio 1 hour 10 mins cals i cant count them
did a bunch of stuff
but i can tell you that i did
185lbs SLDLs for 2 sets 7-8
810leg presses for 6+reps
etc., played basketball for 25mins
did alot
im eating a meso-tech bar
and a met-rx protein plus bar
and a protein plus bar
with G2 to drink
today
