Lance - yea its a good machine, trying to use it less often though, cus use it more than any other tricep workout.

less sets, bodyparts per day to achieve heavier weights etc

im still waiting for my phera-vol which im going to stack with it, and i just got my Kre-alkalyn, Stoked, thyrotabs,ephedrine, etc in the mail
not to mention the 10lb thing of gainers fuel lol..

legs
leg press 4 -5 sets? up to 1,055lbs got 3 i think reps (including sled weight)
leg extensions 110lbs 3 sets, then 250 for 4-6
squats for balance practice still 90lbs 8-12 (good stretch)
one legged ham curls 70lbs per leg 6-8 reps
db squats 30lbs per arm 10+reps
calve raises 110lbs 10-15reps

good job on that tricep session, insane volume, and that legpressing is strong as hell.

80lbs 6+reps
85lbs 4ish?

incline db presses
60lbs 8-10
65lbs 4-8reps

flat db flyes
30lbs 14+reps
35lbs 12+
55lb 3-5reps

pec deck 3 sets up to 190lbs 6-8reps

triceps -

rope pressdowns
60lbs i believe
2 sets of 10+ (pause at 90degree angle for a sec)

skullcrushers (ronnie style, right after you do em you press it like a CG bench)
55lbs 10+reps each
65lbs each

traps -
some db front,back,side shrugs
4reps each then fast switch etc
45lbs 55lbs 8+reps

Back, shoulders,biceps

wore three shirts, outside layer was A&F reversible shirt, second Under armour metal sleeveless, last layer (touching my skin) Nutrition FX muscle tee

Back -

Seated one handed rows
95lbs, 10reps per arm
110lbs 8 reps per arm
125lbs 8 reps

seated lat pull down with handles
up to 65lbs per arm 8-12reps
(did 4 sets, but last set was 65lbs)

lat pulldown with bar
up to 130?lbs with narrow v-bar 6-8reps
3 sets (from 100lbs, usually dont do lat pulldowns)

shoulders -

Seated db front raises
20lbs 14+reps
25lbs 12+reps
30lbs 10+reps
35lbs 8-12reps

db side laterals 2 sets seated 2 sets standing
10lbs 10-15reps
20lbs 10+
25lbs 10
2 sets with 20 i think...

machine overhead press
one handed 50lbs 8reps per arm
then 110lbs both arms 8+reps
then 140lbs 5 reps
then 140lbs again for 4 :(

biceps -

db seated curls
25lbs 12--15+ reps
30lbs 8 reps per arm.
35lbs db hammer seated 10-12reps
40lbs db hammer 8-10reps

free motion semi bent cc curls
35lbs per arm 10+reps
45lbs 10+reps
then standing facing away curls
50lbs 10-14reps

Nice back workout man. those one arm handed rows look gd. The machine overhead press is looking solid mate

good workout bro, i would skip the front raises thought, theyre very unnecessary. u get all the work from front delts u need through shoulder and chest presses:2:
