Thanks guys, yea Lion its a PB :D, i only go for 3 rep maxes now
right now im trying to recover, my quads are still growing
and my jeans are hard to put on lol, they get stuck around the mid quad section
annoying :methman:

i tried to put my pants back on after i hit the spa, and shower

db hammer curls 30lbs 10-12reps 35lbs 10-12
db concentration curls 25lbs 6-8reps 2 sets
seated hammer curls ronnie style 50lbs 8-10reps

back -

laying machine rows stack machine
one handed 95lbs 8-10reps
one handed 125lbs 5-6reps per arm
both hands 155lbs 10-14reps

85lbs 6-8

Stiff leg deads 135lbs 8-10reps superset with standing bb rows same weight

i sure will big guy!

Tkd yea, i should've waited till next workout LOL. i was bout to do yates rows but was afraid i'd pull a bicep or something, i took the bb off a decline bench it still had a 45 on each side, i just lifted it off with both arms, set it on the floor. biceps pumps have been coming by quicker, after the first set their pumped like Arnolds lol..
