Today -

legs,biceps, triceps

biceps -

seated db curls 30lbs 8-12 2 sets (note: left arm sucks, took too much time off,
have to do some left arm weakpoint strengthening)
bent one handed cable curls 30lbs 10-15reps per arm
with one handed reverse cable curls same weight and reps
then facing stack cable curls with short bar (like close grip)
60lbs 8-12reps, then facing away with 80lbs same
65lbs ez-curl bb curls 8-10 reps good reps too had people around me
in amazement from my perfect form,
freemotion curls, one handed from 30lbs to 50lbs
facing away and facing stack 4 sets of all, 8-12reps
pause at top of bicep peak.

triceps -

(Not in order)

Db kickbacks
17.5lbs 8-10reps
22.5lbs 8-12
25lbs 10-12

one handed tricep pushdowns
27.5lbs 10-14reps
tried to use a short bar (Same bar for arms)
but for tricep pressdowns it was too short, hurt my thumbs.

seated tricep dip machine
170lbs 20reps 1 set

legs -

leg extensions 110lbs 8-10reps
50lbs One legged 8-10 per leg
130lbs 8-10 reps (did one or two sets, forgot ..)

one legged leg presses on sled machine
90lbs 8-12reps
110lbs same
and for each weight did some one legged calf presses (like i need em heh, already huge)
170lbs calf presses (with both calves)

some cardio for 10mins at end of session.

also: this huge dude, i remember from spectrum club about 4years ago
was following me around, till i entered the sauna he said "your bicep routine is looking good" or something, i mean this dude is huge 52, owns some smoothie shop, might compete next year 50+ division, has a son 19 i believe on pro-hormones, says he gained 12lbs while on it, said hes gaining quicker than he is, heh... good guy too.

(noticed i haven't done smith flat presses in years, but it seems harder than free weights
i have no clue why, suppose to be the other way around)

cable crossovers for lower chest

3-4 sets of that

db flat flies

great session Hypo, for me free weights..in this case benching is heavier than a smith benching, maybe your smith machine needs oil or something :keke:

BB - thanks buddy, smith presses feel weird, i guess its why it feels heavier..
db flies will be reaching 60s and up very soon. :D

tkD - well its just the slanted-ness of the smith, the bar goes up/down in a odd slant, and you can't change it, might be why...thanks too man
gonna go heavier next time. :tiphat:

Prize - yes sir, did, 2 days ago :). and i will be doing the same amount of work if not more :coolguy:

arms, back
i can't name it all lol

Biceps

DB curls
35lbs couple sets
8-12 (tried to work more with left arm it can't do as may reps)
40lbs 6+ (left arm blows)
then some DB hammers with 45lbs for left arm and 40 for right
8-14reps 2 sets

standing bb curls with 45lbs bb (normal bb) with 10lb plate per side
6-10reps reverse grip.
then added 5lb plate per side for normal grip 6-8reps
then last take off the 5per side and add 10 (2, 10s per side now) 4-6reps
I might of done another set i forgot.. heh

some more biceps etc not going to say

triceps
seated triceps dip machine again
170-190lbs 20reps, then whole stack 5-6reps

forearms
standing behind back bb wrist curls 85lbs 4-8reps

Shoulders
seated smith shoulder press, 2 sets in front 2 sets behind back/neck
50lbs 6-8reps each (need to do this more often)
seated shoulder laterals with machine
50lbs one handed 6-10reps 2 sets per arm ( i think)
then 70lbs 4-8reps same, and then 80lbs 4 reps , hold and pause at top for 4-5seconds

back
one handed cable machine rows
80lbs 12reps
110lbs 10-12?
125lbs 6+reps
both hands
175lbs 6-10reps
2 sets.

Standing smith bb rows
50lbs 12
70lbs 10+
90lbs 10+
120 6+

hams
seated one legged ham curls
50lbs 8-10reps
90lbs same
100lbs 8-10

well i did alot can think of everything,
havoc/inhibit-e is doing well, with my stamina. :)
