4 plates per wide 20 reps
5 plates per side tear drops inwards 12+Reps

hack squat with weird machine thing
90lbs 12-15reps
140lbs same
forgot the rest
but i got 2,45s per side for 10

some shoulder work
abs
cardio for 6mins

DB shrugs 70lbs 10-15reps
100lbs 8reps

pretty good, gained 4lbs in bout' 2 days
I need to do squats and deads more often
they aren't hard to do, its just i get uber lazy in the gym
sometime :spy:
i upped the havoc from day one to 4 caps a day, and after 4-5days
i upped the Inhibit-e (test booster) to 3 caps a day.

Standing bb presses for shoulders
Bar 8-12 reps
65lbs 8-10reps (in front and behind neck) 1 set each
95lbs 4-6 ?
then 65 again for rep out
(going to do this more often for shoulders, felt some cracking and noise from my shoulders, but its mostly due to i never try it)

then standing BB front raises
BB - 6-10reps
55lbs same
65lbs same

standing Smith BB calf presses
up to 250lbs 8-10reps
(4 sets total)

seated one handed DB wrist curls'
super set with bb wrist curls
25lbs db 3+ sets 8-12
50lb bb 3+ sets 8-12

one handed seated shoulder machine presses
30-40lbs 8+reps 2 sets
tried both handed but that machine is weeeirddd

seated rear delt machine
one handed 50+lbs 8-12 reps
both hands up to 145lbs 4+reps
forgot how many sets

nice delt working there bud, rear delt machine looks heavy for 4 reps, keep it up bro and continue with standing bb presses for delts, because are a good exercise :2:

Thanks Weapon, tranisitiong to free weights for shoulders and legs (standing bb press, squats, deads) is tough, my joints and my ROM isn't used to it. sucks, but i hope i'll adapt to it. thanks alot dude, trying to gain weight is kinda hard, just gotta eat like theres no stomach ahah
