shit ive been eating like a beast but for some reason now i feel like im growing! like i actually feel big lol as soon as im done with my cycle ima take some pictures i before cycle pics we will see how much of a difference there is lol, but dude your looking thick how much are yu weighing?

Weapon - Well im 5'8ish, still some what short to todays standards, and 179lbs even for my height isnt alot, weird huh ? ahha. thanks bro
i'll be getting bigger!!

Miami - those UA briefs are size small, and i lifted the side up to show some of my quads, not that good as you can see, outter quad(s) need more work.thanks bro

Chest biceps some back

flat db presses
75 6-10
75 same
80 only got 3 or so
did shitty tonight for some reason wasnt feeling it ..

some incline db presses
up to 55lbs 10-14reps

flat db flies
60lbs 3-4 reps

biceps
65lbs ez bb curls 10+
90lbs straight bar close grip curls 6+
then wide reverse grip with 90lbs 3-4 pause at top

some back

seated machine row 200lbs 2 sets of 6 super set with
standing up machine row (i put the seat down, and just stood up in front of it haha)
115lbs 2 sets 6

weighed 180lbs
i need to eat better food before a workout, im noticing the differences from eating shit food (snacks etc) and good food (protein, decent carbs veggies etc) so im gonna change my eating habit little by little

great work for chest and bi hypo:2: and ye eating a solid meal before ur workout sure helps:) whey protein and some good complex carbs+ a shitload of caffeine and ur good to go:)

still looks like a solid session to me hypo

and i've noticed the same thing with my sessions with regard to what I ate, when I get in more complex carbs before I work out i get a much better workout than when I don't

135 8-10reps

HELL YA

Some standing machine plate squat thing
you can face the padding or face away
i did 2 sets of facing away 2 sets facing padding
180lbs , up to 250lbs 8 - 12reps

seated calf presses one machine
up to 150-170lbs 8+reps (3 sets)

and calf presses with leg sled machine
one legged 110lbs 8-12reps ( 2 set per leg)
then both legs up to 235 same 2 sets, plus and extra set
with toes more inwards.

abs lots of abs , hard to detail
did some traps too got 2 sets of 5, with 110lbs db shrugs
heh.

going good, weighed in at 180.4 today little less
